Questions about a packing cube, a travel bag, an existing order, shipping, tracking, a return, a refund, or a payment? Our support team is ready.
Questions About an Existing Order
Please include your order number and the email address used during checkout. Providing these details helps us locate and review your purchase more efficiently.
Damaged, Defective, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from the product description, please contact us promptly.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Relevant photographs or videos where appropriate.
After the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, reshipment, or return solution at no additional cost to you for an error attributable to us.
Before Returning an Item
Please contact us before shipping merchandise back.
Do not automatically send returns to our business registration address. Once a return request has been approved, customer support will provide the appropriate return warehouse address and return instructions.
Response Time
We aim to answer customer inquiries within 1–2 business days. Matters requiring investigation with a carrier, payment provider, fulfillment partner, return facility, or other relevant service provider may require additional review time.
